Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed appointment or service agreement. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, scope, and scheduling.

We may contact you by email, telephone, or text to respond to your request and coordinate services. These operational communications may include quote follow-ups, appointment reminders, arrival information, schedule changes, invoices, and customer-support messages.

We will send promotional emails or text messages only when permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions provided or contacting us. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent communications necessary to provide requested services.

Photographs may be used to evaluate a project, prepare a quote, document property conditions, communicate with an assigned team, or address a service concern. We do not use identifiable customer-property photographs for public advertising or social media without permission.

Access instructions are used only to coordinate and perform requested services. We limit access to this information to authorized team members and service providers who have a legitimate need for it.

Spark Property Services does not intentionally retain complete payment-card numbers unless needed and permitted for a legitimate business purpose.

Quote requests that do not become active customer accounts may be retained for follow-up and business-record purposes. Photographs and access information are removed or restricted when they are no longer reasonably necessary.

To appeal a decision, email the same address with the subject line Privacy Appeal and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Our website and services are intended for adults seeking property services. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request its deletion.
