Post-Construction Cleaning for Twin Cities Properties
Construction and remodeling can leave fine dust, packaging, labels, residue, and debris throughout an otherwise finished space. Spark Property Services provides post-construction cleaning for homes, apartments, rental properties, offices, retail spaces, and other properties across the Twin Cities.
We tailor the cleaning scope to the project, surfaces, current condition, construction schedule, and handoff deadline.
From finished construction site to ready-to-use space
Depending on the agreed scope, post-construction cleaning may include removing fine dust from accessible surfaces, wiping cabinets and shelving, cleaning doors, trim, baseboards, fixtures, interior glass, kitchens, bathrooms, and floors, and removing surface-safe labels or light residue.
The work area must be safe and ready for cleaning. Contractors should remove tools, unused materials, sharp objects, and heavy construction debris before service begins. Hazardous dust or materials, mold, asbestos, lead, chemical spills, repairs, and specialized remediation are not included.
